When/why
did you get involved with fitness and who are your
role models?
I became involved in fitness five years ago as
a means to continuing performing as a professional
dancer and to keep up my stage presence. My role
models are my fellow local friends who also compete…I
see them daily working hard at the gym and I know
the true desires in their heart…I wish them
to have all that they set out to accomplish!
How often do you train and what is your
favorite and least favorite body part to train?
I train at least five days a week…my favorite
parts to work is back and bis (love that!) and
least favorite has to be legs…oooh that
hurts!
What is your inspirational credo or motto,
words to live by?
You can have and achieve all that you desire through
sheer will and the power of God.
